Terms & Conditions

NMWS Fall 2023 Exhibition (hosted by the Southern Chapter)

I have read and understand the Exhibition Prospectus and agree to the terms and conditions therein, including:

• My painting complies with the requirements for acceptable submissions and framing/delivery of accepted works for exhibition.
• I give permission for NMWS-SC to use a likeness of my accepted work(s) for NMWS-SC promotional materials.
• Artwork must be available for sale. All transactions will be coordinated by DAAC and completed by the artist.  The artist agrees to a 30% of sales price commission to Doña Ana Arts Council.
• NMWS and DAAC will not be responsible for theft, loss, or damage of works submitted.
